What Mod Gives Mobs Tons Of Health?

I noticed that vanilla mobs have 100+ health, and vanilla sword damage has been buffed against them. However, mod weapons have their normal effect, and it causes problems when a mob attacks one of these ridiculously buffed mobs. I decided I'd had enough with this after my baby dragon, who was zipping around too fast for me to tell to sit, went at a creeper and aggroed it right next to my house. It also seems like their explosions have been buffed, too.
