Launcher Not Accepting Account Details

Hello,

Not too long ago I made a support ticket- but I don't know how long it will take to get answered, so I'll re-post it here:

I recently downloaded the 'VoidLauncher', as I wanted to give CrazyCraft a go. But when I went to fill in my account information, it told me that my credentials weren't correct. I've reset my password, so I only assume that there's something wrong with the launcher? Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
