Can't Launch At All!

When I try to install, it says 'reinstall' instead of 'install'. I have never installed the void launcher on this machine before. When I hit the 'reinstall' button anyway, it says 'invalid user/password. Play offline'. If I hit the 'play offline' option, it gives me the same invalid password message. I have noticed a number of people have had this message (and don't seem to have been given any advice) but not seen anybody have the 'reinstall' issue.
